Shipping & Returns
We want ordering from Ideas Forged to be simple and straightforward. The policy below is starter copy for the store prototype and can be adjusted before launch.
Processing & made-to-order items
Most Ideas Forged products are made to order. Estimated processing times will be shown on product pages before the store launches. Orders begin processing after payment is confirmed.
U.S. shipping
We currently plan to ship within the United States. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Final shipping options and rates for smaller orders will be shown during checkout.
Tracking
When an order ships, customers will receive tracking information at the email address used during checkout.
Returns
Because many products are made to order, the final return window and eligibility rules will be published before launch. Items should generally be unused and in their original condition to qualify for a standard return.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, contact us as soon as possible with the order number and photos so we can help make it right.
Custom and personalized products
Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for standard returns unless they arrive damaged or were made incorrectly.
Cancellations
Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order. Once production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
